Words from the video
I found a mat with lines on the floor
Where effort meant something more
You show up, you train, you fall
Then rise again through it all
Life felt loud without a guide
So I built a rhythm inside
Where chaos tried to swallow me
I found a way to breathe
I was not chasing medals
I was trying to stay alive
Sometimes strength is just a kid
Finding structure to survive
Discipline became my shelter
When the world felt uncontrolled
Every bruise had an ending
Every round had a bell
I learned how to stand
I learned how to stay
I learned power without cruelty
And courage another way
No one clapped from the stands
No one reached for my hand
Still I came back through the door
Learning I was made for more
For years I thought being strong
Meant never needing anyone
But armor gets heavy
When you wear it too long
Now I am learning softly
Rest is not defeat
Rest is how we heal
When strength learns how to breathe
Discipline became my shelter
But it is not all I need
Strength can move with gentleness
And still know how to lead
I can stand without hiding
I can rest without shame
I am more than what I endured
And more than what kept me safe
Strength helped me survive
Healing teaches me to live
